“體驗式學習”是指通過教學設計，讓學生在沉浸式的體驗中，更好地自主學習、吸收知識，幫助學生提高學習主動性，在近幾年的教學方法中尤為提倡。但如何設計課程、如何落地教學，考驗著教學的能力。在近期的英文高中部電影配音賽中，相信大家可以一窺上海燎原雙語學校教學一隅，尋覓答案。

配音比賽

體驗中學習，令英語有趣起來!

近日，高中國際課程班舉辦了英語電影配音比賽。配音比賽不僅幫助學生們提高了自己的英語，并且也鍛煉了他們的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。接下來讓我們回顧一下這場精彩紛呈的配音盛典吧。

The English Division held an English movie dubbing competition last week. The movie dubbing competition not only helped students improve their English proficiency, but also enabled them to practice their communication skills and develop team spirit. Let us review this wonderful dubbing festival：

國慶前夕，當得知比賽消息后，同學們自行組隊，開始準備班級海選。和老師一起商量使用哪段配音的素材。

On September 10th, news of the competition was announced. Students formed their own teams and prepared for a class audition. They also discussed with the teacher regarding which dubbing material to use.

在班級進行海選之后確定了最終的參賽人員和參賽作品，同學們課間、午休、晚自習都留出時間一起練習，從剛開始的拿著稿子邊看邊讀，到后面的脫稿練習，再到最后的契合動畫，同學們的努力都有回報。

The final contestants and entries were determined after the class election. Students practiced together during breaks, at noon, and during evening study time. Students practiced reading their lines from a script in the beginning. Eventually, they could say their lines without a script. Finally students were able to perfectly synchronize their lines with those in the movie. The efforts of the students were warmly greeted. Here are some videos of the practice.

配音過程中很多的連讀、不認識的單詞，學生們通過都是一點點模仿，一點點**的，對于英文學習來講，是一種很好的方式，新穎有趣，同時提升語言能力。另外，通過配音，學生們還能學習到電影中一些比較地道的英語表達方式，也能讓學生將課堂中學習到的英語表達與生活中實際的情景融合。

During the preparation process, there were a lot of new and challenging words for the students. They imitated and learned them little by little, which is a good way to learn English. By working on such fun and diverse scripts, it helped the students improve their language abilities. In addition, students learned some authentic English expressions from the movies. It enabled students to connect what they had learned in class with real life situations.

決賽當天，同學們配合默契，完成度很高，各個節目都令人嘖嘖稱贊。

In the final competition, students cooperated with each other and rose to the occasion during performances which . earned them big applause.

學生們對于配音比賽表現出了極大的興趣和積極的參與度。英語配音比賽以更加有趣更加新穎的方式，激發學生們的主觀能動性和創造力，讓英語學習突破教室的限制。在體驗與學習兼顧中，讓英語學習滲透到娛樂生活中去，以提高英語學習的持續性。

Students showed great drive and vision in preparation of the movie dubbing competition. The movie dubbing motivated students and encouraged their creativity in a more interesting and novel way. In this way, English learning is not only confined to the classroom, butcan be blended into learning and recreation. Thus, learning can be made sustainable.

英語電影配音賽，同學怎么看?

這周三，學校舉辦了一場十分有趣的英語配音比賽，作為今年的燎原新生，我迫不及待地報名參與了這次活動。在這次活動中，我們小組的每位成員都有盡自己**的努力去準備，在這其中不僅培養了我們的團隊合作的能力，還鍛煉了我們的英語水平，不止是英語中每個單詞的發音、音調，整個句子中的語速和表達也都得到了許多提升。感想學校組織的這次活動，英語電影配音比賽讓我有了的愉快的體驗!

On Wednesday, our school held a very interesting English dubbing competition. As a new student in Liaoyuan this year, I couldn't wait to sign up for this activity. At this event, every member of our team made a great effort. Not only did it cultivate our teamwork ability, but it also challenged our English level. We focused on the pronunciation and pitch of every word in English. Also, the speed and expression of an entire sentence was improved greatly. Thinking of an activity organized by the school, the English film dubbing competition was a hugely pleasant experience!

我覺得配音比賽是個很好的機會去練習口語和發音。因為我們需要去學習視頻里的人物的語音語調和標準的發音。而且配音也是一件很好玩的事情，可以發現自己聲音的不同可能性。在團隊中不斷磨合練習才能達到比較好的效果。所以也提升了我們的團隊協作能力。

I think the movie dubbing competition is a very good opportunity for us to practice our speaking skills and pronunciation. It is due to the need to imitate the intonation and learn the standard pronunciation of the characters in the video. Also, movie dubbing is great fun because we can discover the different possibilities of my sounds. In order to get the best results, we need to practice over and over as a teamwhich improved our teamwork ability.

上海燎原雙語學校英語配音大賽

在這次電影配音活動中，我們通過對配音過程中的臺詞的模仿和練習，在一定程度上提高了自己的口語和發音能力，也在這一過程中學習到了更多地道的英語表達。雖然我們在配音比賽中只獲得了第三名，但這是一個愉快的過程，與外教們的交流、合作和練習，為我平常的學習生活增添了許多色彩和快樂的回憶。

In this movie dubbing activity, we improved our oral English and pronunciation to a large extent by imitating and practicing the lines in the dubbing clip. We also learned more idiomatic English expressions over time.Although we only got third place in the dubbing competition, it was a pleasant experience where we communicated, cooperated and practiced with our foreign teachers. It added many memorable moments and happy memories to my valued learning life.

在這次的配音比賽中，我們組獲取了第三名的成績。這是我**次參加，也是我們11年級的最后一次。比賽開始之前我們組經過多次的排練為了讓整個表演更流暢，并且為了更加還原我們選擇的配音片段，我們去模仿了原人物美音和他們的語調，我認為這點會很大程度上提高我們的口語發音。成績雖然沒有達到我們的預期但也是一個很好的結果。

In this Movie Dubbing Competition, our group placed third. This is my first time to participate, and also the last time for us in Grade 11. Before the competition, our group had many rehearsals. In order to make the whole performance go more smoothly, we imitated the original characters' natural voices and their intonation. I think it has greatly improved our pronunciation. Although the result didn’t reach our expectations, it is still a very enjoyable time.

周三舉辦的配音活動非常的精彩，這次活動組織的非常好，我本人和其他的評委在許多年后都不會忘記。活動里面既有打動人心的歌曲，也有風趣幽默的喜劇對話。作為評委，我們見證了下一代國際人才的才華。

The dubbing session held on Wednesday September 23, 2020 was superb. It was well organized, executed and will be remembered by myself and the other judges for ages to come. From the soulful, captivating singing to the quick witted comedic dialogues, what we witnessed as judges was the next generation of true global talent.

The movie dubbing competition is one of my favorites at Liaoyuan. Students get the opportunity to show off their speaking skills in a live performance in front of classmates. This year we had a lot of great performers and it seems that everyone had a great time.
