寒冬臘月帶來了綿綿冬雨，也帶給我們上海燎原雙語學校初中融合部的師生一個大禮*：參觀體驗上海木文化博物館。

Winter brought the continuous winter rain, but also brought us MYP integration department teachers and students a gift package,a learning journey to Shanghai Wooden Culture Museum.

伴著新年的音樂，孩子們細細觀察、用心撫摸，感悟著中國木文化的輝煌歷史。

千年古木，印刻著生命的年輪，沉淀著歷史的記憶，傳承著中華的文明。愛國教育，文明教育隱含其中，不言而喻。

Students gained an understanding of the history of Chinese wooden culture by observing carefully and touching attentively.

Through the ancient trees used in the wood museum, Chinese civilization and its patriotic and cultured education have been recorded.

大師館中的作品讓我們震撼至今。古今木雕，群英薈萃，美輪美奐，聞名世界，我們盡收眼底。欣賞大師之作，頓悟“道法自然”。

世界文明與中華文明融會貫通，這不就是我們融合部需要的理念嗎?

The master works in the Museum were great. There was a collection of world-renowned woodcarvings in ancient and modern style. Enjoying the masterpieces, we noticed their embodiment of"Taoist nature”.

They also encapsulated the integration of western and Chinese civilization, reflecting the philosophy of our bilingual department.

在情境中學習，是MYP探究的特色之一，任何地方都可以成為我們的課堂。

尤克里里的制作**坊，將手工、設計、藝術、樂理、專注力、創造力融為一體。孩子們樂此不疲。

Studying in context is one of the specialities of our school. We can learn and study anywhere.

Our making of Ukuleles in the afternoon combined handicraft, design, art, music theory, concentration and creativity. Students put in their best efforts and made some beautiful instruments.

感謝這次MYP課外活動讓我們的孩子得到了世界上比較好的禮物：他們懂得感恩，文明參觀，團結合作，互相鼓勵。

Giving thanks gives our children the best gift in the world: they had the chance to be grateful, learn culture, work together and encourage each other.

身體和靈魂總有一個需要在路上......期待我們下一次的研學活動!
