上海燎原雙語學校12月第二周菜單公布

在冬季,不要光吃精米精面,一定多吃粗面,推薦多吃紅薯。日本的抗癌協會經過大量科學研究,得出20種抗癌食品,**種是熟紅薯、第二種是生紅薯。前兩名都讓紅薯得了,它含有大量維生素A,可以提高皮膚抗病能力,能預防甲型H1N1流感等。另外,紅薯含有大量的膳食纖維,可以緩解便秘。以下是上海燎原雙語學校12月第二周菜單。
