2018年新學期開始，新加入上海燎原雙語學校國際部的教師們也接受了PYP的基礎培訓，他們通過培訓，一點點拆解PYP中涉及的每一個概念和術語，深刻地了解了PYP的教學方法。

Over the weekend, the new teachers to Liaoyuan participated in initial Making the PYP Happen Training where they gained tremendous insight into the methodology and debunked the terminology of the IB PYP program.

在過去的一周多的時間里，燎原的各年級教師都在高效、積極地備課。整個教師團隊對即將到來的新學期都充滿了期待。

We have taken any available time over the past few days to meet and prepare for the first unit of the year within our grade levels. The team is feeling optimistic about integrating the new methods and ideas for the upcoming year.

繼2017年燎原全體教師的 IB PYP 培訓之后，2018燎原師資再次深入探究，能力認知雙雙升級。

After the IB PYP training of all teachers in 2017, the teachers have made further exploration and upgraded their ability recognition of the new methodology in 2018.
