一年級 Grade One

Exam results are not the only assessment, we work together to show our ideas.

本周是社區(qū)這個單元的反思環(huán)節(jié),我們學(xué)習(xí)的是成為一名優(yōu)秀的社區(qū)成員意味著什么,以及制作送給學(xué)校**人員的感謝卡。

This week we are reflecting on community and learning what it means to be a good community member. We are writing thank-you cards to the community helpers at school.

探究課程的第五周第六周,學(xué)生們通過捐贈他們不再需要的玩具和泰迪熊來幫助別人,展示他們對社區(qū)成員如何互幫互助的理解。

For week 5 and 6 of the inquiry cycle, the grade one students are helping others by donating toys and teddies that they no longer need.

完成社區(qū)作業(yè)后,老師耐心地為我們進(jìn)行講解,我們開心地一起合影。

After finishing the communinty work, teachers are explaining to us patiently and we are happy to take a photo together.

二年級 Grade Two

在這個單元的最后一周,學(xué)生們正在努力完成他們的總結(jié)性評估。

The last week of this unit students are working on their summative assessment.

三年級 Grade Three

學(xué)生按小組展示人體器官的重要組成部分。有的通過制作心臟來表達(dá)心跳的頻率;有的通過制作肺來呈現(xiàn)呼吸的方式,并且告訴人們環(huán)境污染對肺的影響;有的通過制作大腦來表達(dá)思維方式,以及大腦神經(jīng)控制人體各大系統(tǒng);有的通過制作顱骨來呈現(xiàn)大腦皮層的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能。這樣的活動提高了學(xué)生探究的積極性以及認(rèn)知與創(chuàng)作的技能,也進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了他們的合作意識。

Students display important parts of human organs by group. Some of them express their heart rate by making heart. Some present respiration by making lungs and telling people about the effects of environmental pollution on the lungs. Some make the brain to express the way of thinking and the brain's nerves control the major systems of the body. Some of them make skull bones to present the structure and function of the cortex. This activity inspired students' enthusiasm of exploration and cognitive and creative skills, further enhanced their sense of cooperation.
