作為IB候選學(xué)校，上海燎原雙語(yǔ)學(xué)校為每一位PYP老師提供專業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。2018年1月26日與27日，我校成功開(kāi)展了“小學(xué)項(xiàng)目的課堂實(shí)施”培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。兩位培訓(xùn)師Niko Lewman和Narcy He有數(shù)年的小學(xué)項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，他們都是IB訪問(wèn)團(tuán)成員，同時(shí)，Narcy還是我校小學(xué)項(xiàng)目主管。

As an IB candidate school, Liaoyuan provides professional development opportunities for every PYP teacher. On Jan 26 and 27, two in-school IB workshops on “Making the PYP Happen” were conducted in Liaoyuan by Niko Lewman and Narcy He (PYP Director of Liaoyuan), both of whom are experienced workshop leaders and visiting team members.

正如培訓(xùn)主題本身所言，此次培訓(xùn)的目的不僅僅是讓老師理解小學(xué)項(xiàng)目的理念、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與實(shí)施要求，關(guān)鍵是要幫助老師真正能夠在課堂上實(shí)施小學(xué)項(xiàng)目，能夠?yàn)樽约旱膶W(xué)生提供符合小學(xué)項(xiàng)目標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)。

As its name describes, the purpose of the workshop is to support participants to “make the PYP really happen in the classroom” for themselves and for their students, not just in understanding the philosophy, or standards and practices of the PYP.

此次培訓(xùn)中，老師們探索了小學(xué)項(xiàng)目課程、五大要素、知識(shí)的建構(gòu)以及探究教學(xué)方法等，通過(guò)小組協(xié)作和自我反思，形成了自己的理解。兩位培訓(xùn)師分享了他們寶貴的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，解答了老師們急需解答的問(wèn)題，滿滿的干貨，讓老師們受益良多。

In the workshop, teachers explored the PYP curriculum, essential elements, constructivism, and inquiry by inquiring, and constructing meaning themselves, both collaboratively and through individual reflection. The work leaders shared their valuable best practices, and answered the burning questions from the teachers, which is very practical.
