上海燎原雙語學校國際部前身上海市燎原實驗學校成立于1992年，2011年開辦國際課程項目，并經閔行區教育局、安大略教育部以及AdvancED西北認證委員會認可。同時，我校也是經美國大學理事會認可的AP學校。

Shanghai Liaoyuan Private Bilingual High School has been in operation since 1992, and been using an international curriculum since 2011, accredited by the Minhang Education Bureau, The Ontario Education Ministry, and The AdvancED Northwest Accreditation Commission. It is also an official AP school recognized by The College Board.

我校通過多種方式幫助有志出國的學生做好準備。為了讓孩子們從國內學校向國際學校過渡，我校英文部高中實行“全英文”環境，并使用體驗式教學方法來增強學生們自主學習和獨立思考的能力。我們的學術體系以核心課程為主，輔以豐富多彩的選修課，課外活動，輔導課，海外游學以及探究學習機會，大學申請指導，學習技能密集訓練和學生自我反思。

Liaoyuan prepares students for overseas study through in a number of ways. To assist students in that transition from a local to Western educational approach, Liaoyuan uses an English-only environment and an experiential pedagogical methodology designed to enhance students’ ability to study and think independently. This involves surrounding the core academics with an extensive system of electives, extracurricular activities, tutoring support, overseas travel, and research opportunities, college counseling, intensive training in study skills, and self-reflection.
