大家好，我們是來自上海燎原國際高中LYBS英文部學生會的Aria和Ramsey.2016年12 月 21 日星期三我們將為英文部所有學生和教師準備一場盛大的圣誕歡慶，在此我們盛情邀請大家來參加 !

在12 月第1周，我們已向所有參加這次party的學生發送了邀請，希望大家都能來參加那天下午和晚上的活動!晚上的活動需要著正式服裝。同學們可以把這次當成一次嘗試，在將來為類似活動做準備。

相信大家都希望那天是的一天，所以每個人都需要清楚知道一天的行程，下面，與大家分享以下這些規則。

21日早上，學生們照常上課，下午會有很多的游戲，如音樂椅，傳遞*裹、秘密圣誕老人。到了晚上，我們會在戲劇廳進行派對，大家可以盡情享受。對比較害羞的學生，我們還在10-6教室提供了一個安靜的房間與一部電影。但是我們鼓勵你加入我們的聚會。注意，看電影和派對都是正式活動，請都穿上正式服裝。

在下午的表演環節，學生們會參與秘密圣誕老人,秘密聊天,心愿卡這些活動。這里有些重要的事情要讓學生記住:

1、不要忘記準備你的禮物!準備是很重要的,因為它會去溫暖另一個人。當然我們將告訴你更多關于秘密聊天,心愿卡的事情。

2、我們將舉行兩場比賽。之后會有激動人心的表演節目。在表演過程中，我們會提供一些餅干零食。

3、我們真的希望讓更多的同學可以參與表演,但是很可惜我們沒有足夠的時間!所以我們不得不使用一些規則和方法以確保有盡可能多的人能展現自己。

晚上的派對在戲劇房進行，我們將提供食物，游戲以及抽獎活動，幸運的人將獲得獎品。當然少不了學生們自己選的歌曲!整個晚上，我們將全程拍攝下來，以紀念這個美好的夜晚。

最后的會場整理有星期五懲罰和甜蜜懲罰的學生將幫助我們打掃房間。這也*括那些不打扮，或者一天都在搗蛋的學生。

為了使這一安全和公平的活動，出席率將采取全天制，每個人都必須簽到，離開也需要寫名字，舉辦場地都會有衛生間，所以我們不認為任何人會需要離開。

我們希望所有的學生和教師都能享受派對和活動，如果你有什么問題要問我們，請我們。我們希望每個人都有一個的星期。最后預祝大家圣誕快樂 !

Hi all, this is Aria and Ramsey from the Leadership Program at LYBS. We have organized a huge Christmas celebration for all students and teachers on Wednesday 21st December, and we are so excited about it! In the first week of December, all students received invitations to this party. Wehope to see all students at both the afternoon and evening events! The evening event has a formal dress code, so students can practise this for special events in the future.

To make it a perfect day, everyone needs to know clearly about the timetable and plans for the day, so we shared these reminders with everyone during assembly at school today.

In the morning of the 21st, the classes will happen as usual and lunch still begins at 11:45. In the afternoon there will be lots of activities like musical chairs, pass the parcel, secret Santa, and more. In the evening, we will have a dance, music and games party in the drama room. For students too shy to attend this, there is a small quiet room with a movie in 10-6. But we encourage you to join the party. Both party and movie are formal events,with formal dress.

AFTERNOON PLAN:

In the afternoon, at 12:20, the handmade Christmas trees and presents will move to the hotel and all the classes need to arrive in the hotel by12:45. Then, from 12:45 to 12:50, every class will do a final check for their own handmade Christmas tree as judges will start judging them at 12:50. Then, the students will do their Secret Santa, Secret chat and Wish Card activities. Again,something really important thing for students to remember: 1. Don’t forget yourSecret Santa gift! It is important that is prepared, as it will go to someone special. We will tell you more about the secret chat and wish cards on the day.

Then, from 13:15 to 14:25, two games will be held. Finally, at 14:30,the exciting performances will take place. During the performance, there willalso be intervals for buying cookies! We really wanted to include more performances in the show on Wednesday, but there isn’t enough time! We used some different guidelines to ensure that we can have as many people at school performing as possible, while celebrating all types of performances and making sure everything is organized in advance.

EVENING PLAN:

Then there will be a two-hour break for students to eat dinner and change into formal wear for the evening. At 6:30, our party will begin! It isin the drama room and will have food, prizes, games and music our homeroom shave chosen! There is also a movie on in 10-6 as quiet time, but we encourage all students to come to the bigger party for lots of fun! Everyone should dress formally.

Across the night, we will also have a Photobooth set up for some amazing photos to cherish this night forever. We will have our party until8.30. From 8:30 to 9:00 it's tidy up time. Students who have Friday detention and sweet punishment will help us to clean the room. This includes students whodo not dress up, or make any problems across the day.

On that note, here is some information all should know. To make this a safe and fair event, attendance will be taken across the day, and everyone must sign in or sign out if they need to leave. We will have toilets at both locations, so we don’t think anyone will need to leave at all.
