炎炎夏日，上海燎原雙語學(xué)校國際高中英文部的學(xué)生們來到氣候宜人的加拿大，在CIC(哥倫畢業(yè)國際學(xué)院)的學(xué)分夏令營中提升英語學(xué)習(xí)技能，培養(yǎng)自我管理能力，感受異國風(fēng)土人情，啟迪生活生命智慧。以下是身在大洋彼岸的陳思涵和Ariel同學(xué)對夏令營的記述：

It has been a while since the summer camp starts. During the time, we visited worldwide landmark of Canada, the TV Tower in Toronto. Standing on the observation deck, we can see the heavy traffic streetscape and the pedestrians which are as small as ants. On the same night, we watched a performance that was about medieval knights duel. The enthusiasm atmosphere, the fervent audience and actors let us fit in the environment quickly. It was really fabulous!

Look around University of Toronto and McMaster University was also a part of our journey. Although the weather was hot and the scorching sun was high up in the sky, we still could see the magnificence of those institutions. As a high school student, I need to plan for my future. From my perspective, I think University of Toronto is famous for major in business and McMaster University is known as its medical major.

The activities at weekends are always well arranged, which gives us a brief introduction of Canada. Through this trip, I have learned the special fascination of the country. The learning skills is different from China and that's what I really need. I will try my best to achieve my goal. In the next few days, exercise and enjoy ourselves!

一眨眼，夏令營已經(jīng)過了大半。在這段時(shí)間里，我們領(lǐng)略了加拿大標(biāo)志性建筑多倫多電視塔的風(fēng)光，站在觀景臺(tái)上俯瞰，便能清楚看到車水馬龍的街景以及小得像螞蟻一樣的行人。當(dāng)天晚上，我們還觀看了中世紀(jì)騎士決斗表演，熱烈的氣氛、觀眾以及演員的熱情讓我們很快地融入了其中。真的很棒!

參觀加拿大知名學(xué)府多倫多大學(xué)以及麥克馬斯特大學(xué)也是我們夏令營中的一部分，雖然頂著烈日，但是依然擋不住高等學(xué)府的宏偉壯觀。作為一名高中生，也需要對自己的未來有個(gè)規(guī)劃，我認(rèn)為對于商科，多倫多大學(xué)是個(gè)好選擇，而醫(yī)科類專業(yè)則是麥克馬斯特大學(xué)略勝一籌。

每周周末的課余活動(dòng)總是安排得十分充分，這也讓我們對于加拿大有了一個(gè)粗略的了解。通過這次暑期游學(xué)，我了解了加拿大這個(gè)國家特有的文化魅力，這里的學(xué)習(xí)方法是我想要的，我會(huì)盡**的努力達(dá)到我想要的目標(biāo)。在之后的幾天里，我要鍛煉自己，好好享受剩下的時(shí)光!
