上海燎原雙語學校PYP主任，主要負責PYP課程與國家課程整合教學。碩士畢業于日本東京早稻田大學社會教育專業，本科畢業于上海外國語大學英國語言與文學專業。她本人有七年PYP教學經驗，同時也是IB**坊的一名培訓官以及學校出訪團成員。

Narcy He

Narcy is the PYP Director of Shanghai Liaoyuan Bilingual School in charge of the teaching and learning of the PYP curriculum integrated with national curriculum.She holds a MA degree in social education study from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan and BA degree in English language and literature from SISU, Shanghai, China. She has been teaching PYP for seven years. As a IB educator, she also takes the role of workshop leader and school visit team member.

Q：作為一名有著七年PYP教學經驗的骨干教師，能說說你對這個課程的看法嗎?

Narcy：2011年，我從日本早稻田大學畢業以后成為一名IB老師。期間，我參加了各種官方的**坊和不同組織發起的專業培訓，比如評估、兒童心理學、sharp reading等等。在我的教學生涯中，我充分意識到了平衡國家課程和國際教育對中國學生的重要性。

I started working as a PYP teacher from 2011 after my graduation in Japan. I have attended various official workshops and professional developments organized by different organizations as well, such as assessment, philosophy for children, sharp reading and etc. During my teaching career, I realized how important to keep well-balance for Chinese students between national curriculum and international education.

Q：對于學習IB課程的學生，你有哪些建議?

Narcy：越來越多的中國孩子加入到了IB的大家庭中。他們尋求更好的課程來提高自己，成為一個IB倡導的世界公民和終身學習者。隨著國際課程的進步和發展，不僅僅是知識本身，實踐能力以及發展態度會成為學生學習的首要任務。

There are more and more Chinese students joining in the IB family. They are looking forward to a better curriculum to develop them as global citizens and life-long learner. However due to the great progress of international education, not only knowledge itself, practising skills and developing attitude will also be the top priorities as for them.

Q：IB課程對教師有哪些要求?對于教授IB課程的老師，你有哪些建議?

Narcy：在這個過程中，老師最重要的**就是本地教學和文化教授，以及用探究的方法掌握理論知識，將國家課程整合到PYP中。老師們要有兩者結合的意識，并在自己的實際教學中尋求如何平衡。

Our teachers’ priority will be planing local and cultural teaching and learning by using inquiry-based theories and integrate national curriculum into PYP. Teachers should aware the importance of keeping local and PYP curriculum together in their mind and try to find how to balance them.
