出色的學院隊長決定制作視頻，以幫助其他學生，老師和家長在這一特殊時期的保持安全。燎原雙語的學院制度是兩年前建立的。學院制度打破常規的班級和年級的區分，鼓勵各年級段的學生在一起交流學習，他們為同一個目標而奮斗，這足以激發學生的內驅力。

Our wonderful house captains decided to make videos to help other students, teachers and parents be safe during this special period. The house system was established 2 years ago to support student voice and agency within the school.

各學院隊長由學校其他學生提名，并由一位經驗豐富的協調員和校長直接指導。這些隊長體現了IB學生的特點，也體現了燎原雙語學校的雙語特質。

The House captains are nominated by the other students within the school and mentored by one of our experienced Coordinators and the Principals directly. These individuals represent what makes an IB student and shows the bilingual nature of our school.

The House Captains represent their houses on behalf of the school at different events including sports day, talent shows, spelling bees and many other activities.
