上海燎原國際高中社團簡介：籃球社團 Club Profile: Basketball Club

This month, the Media Club interviewed our PE teacher, Vincent. We let him tell us something about Basketball Club.

這個月，編輯部采訪了我們的體育老師Vincent,他告訴了我們一些關于籃球社團的事。

Elaine：Are you interested in playing basketball? 你對籃球感興趣嗎?

Vincent：Yes, I'm interested in playing basketball. I usually play once or twice a week.

是的，我非常喜歡。平常一般一周打一到兩次籃球。

Elaine：Which basketball star do you like? 你最喜歡那位球星?

Vincent：I like Lebron James.

我喜歡勒布朗.詹姆斯。

Elaine：What things do you do during club time? 你在社團時間都做些什么?

Vincent：During club time I try to teach the players how to work as a team. I tryto teach them good individual skills and teamwork.

在社團時間，我試著教隊員如何團隊協作.我也試著教他們一些好的個人打球的技巧以及團隊合作。

Elaine：How can you improve your basketball? 你是如何提升籃球技巧的?

Vincent：Improving at basketball is usually possible with good teaching, trainingand practice.

教練的指導，訓練以及大量的練習都能見效。

Elaine：Have you often taken part in basketball competitions? 你經常參加籃球比賽嗎?

Vincent：I have been in thousands of basketball competitions. In the middleschool team, high school team, university team, summer league basketball, aswell as games at the park, and street basketball.

我參加過上千次籃球比賽，無論是初中，高中，大學以及夏季籃球聯盟比賽，還有公園里的籃球比賽,還是平日的街頭籃球都有所涉獵。

Elaine：What do students do during club time? 隊員們在社團時間都做些什么呢?

Vincent：The students try to learn individual skills during club time and theyplay basketball games to practice.他們會各自鍛煉籃球技巧然后通過打比賽練習籃球。

Elaine：Which days do you have this club? 社團時間都在什么時候呢?

Vincent：The official Basketball Club day is Wednesday, but I try to work withthem Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

一般籃球社團在周三，但我有時也會在周一，周三和周四和他們一起訓練。
