上海燎原國際高中全能才子： 內外兼修 追逐夢想

我叫田浩辰，我是上海燎原實驗學校國際部的學生，也是一名志愿者，我的目標：內外兼修，全面發展，逐夢青春

勇擔社會責任

得益于母親的影響和幫助，我這個學期大部分周末是在做社工的時光中度過。

My name is Tian Haochen. I'm a student at LYIS and I’m a volunteer. Thanks to my mother's influence and help, I've been spending most of the weekends doing social services.

我最近到一所敬老院做志愿者。那里有很多老兵、殘疾人或因為兒女**太忙沒時間關照的老人。雖然，他們有一些不幸，但他們沒有抱怨，他們在一起交談或是唱歌。

This time, I worked as a volunteer for elderly people in a nursing home. There are lots of old people, like veterans, and the disabled. There are also old people whose sons and daughters are too busy to take care of them. Although, they suffer from illness, pain or loneliness, they don’t complain. They were talking with each other and sing songs.

我們的**就是和他們聊聊家常和表演節目。我們很開心看見老人們的笑容。讓無助的人開心，心里是自豪的。大家看到我穿著藍色的衣服和其他志愿者一起為老人們表演節目嗎?

Our job is to talk with them and perform for them. We are very happy to see them laugh. Making them happy is a thing I feel proud of. Have you seen me dressed in blue performing with other volunteers?

我還和我的同學Max做過上海地鐵1號線莘莊站南廣場的志愿者，由于電梯維修，我們的**就是幫助行人上下樓梯。

I also worked as a volunteer with my classmate, Max at the Xinzhuang Station of Metro 1. Due to the maintenance of the elevators, some people have great difficulty going up and down. Our job is to help them carry stuff.

熱心服務班級

在學校里，我是班級的生活委員，為同學們創造干凈、整潔的生活環境很重要。我把做志愿者得到的獎勵——一瓶魚和兩小盆小草帶到班級裝點教室，讓教室富有生機。

At school, I’m the life leader of my class. I think it is very important to create a clean and tidy environment. I took some fish and plants to the class to make the class more lively.

強健的體魄

除了用功學習，我還積極參加運動。上個學期，我參加了學校的羽毛球比賽，獲得9年級冠軍;這個學期，我剛結束學校激烈緊張的乒乓球比賽，我獲得了季軍。除了乒乓球，羽毛球，我還熱愛跑步，現在我在積極練習足球，為班級出戰運動會比賽。

Besides hard study, I also love sports. Last semester, I was the champion of Grade 9 at the LYIS badminton match and this semester, I won the 3rd place at the LYIS table-tennis match. I like running too. Now, I’m practicing soccer as I will play soccer at the sports meeting.

堅持夢想，不懈奮斗

我喜歡商賽，在學校舉行的商賽中，我帶領團隊努力準備，學到了很多東西。今年寒假，我和同學Jeven、Max去深圳和香港參加金融培訓班，獲益匪淺。

I also like business competition. I organized a team and learnt a lot. This winter, I also went to Shenzhen and Hong Kong with my classmates, Jeven and Max, to take part in a financial training program.

我的夢想是做一名科學家。燎原學校鼓勵我不僅努力讀書，還要內外兼修，全面發展，并成為善良正直的人。

My dream is to be a scientist. Our school encourages me to study hard, build up all-round skills and more importantly, to be a kind and upright person.
