上海燎原雙語學(xué)校國(guó)際部感恩節(jié)活動(dòng)邀請(qǐng)，A Liao Yuan Thanksgiving，快參加燎原感恩節(jié)，來一場(chǎng)暖心告白吧!活動(dòng)時(shí)間：Nov. 25th, 11:30 – 13:45，活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)：7號(hào)樓燎原大禮堂。

感恩幸福生活

Thanksgiving is a time to show gratitude for all the things we have, to be thankful for our comfortable lives, and to show appreciation for all those that make it possible. It is also a time to be with friends and family, and to be happy and joyful.

顧名思義，感恩節(jié)是一個(gè)**感恩的節(jié)日，感恩我們所擁有的一切，感恩我們現(xiàn)在舒適的生活，并向那些為了我們的舒適生活而辛勞的人們，表達(dá)我們的感激。感恩節(jié)是一個(gè)與朋友家人歡聚的節(jié)日，是一個(gè)快樂幸福的其熱融融的節(jié)日。

嘗“百家飯” 美食大集結(jié)

For this event, we are hoping to have a “pot-luck” style buffet, with food also provided by our hardworking lunch staff. We invite all students and parents (international high school and elementary school) to bring some home-made or restaurant bought food to share with everyone. There will of course be school prepared lunch as well, but if you enjoy variety, we encourage everyone to bring a little something to share.

我們鼓勵(lì)每家都帶食物過來分享，可以是你的拿手好菜，也可以是從餐廳買來的招牌美食，我們一起分享“百家飯”，品嘗各色各樣的美味，同時(shí)我校大廚也會(huì)為各位賓客精心準(zhǔn)備特別的美味佳肴。在此我們誠(chéng)邀各位家長(zhǎng)同學(xué)加入燎原大家庭，一起過個(gè)有意義的感恩節(jié)!

Several long tables will be set out with food, and plates will be distributed to all guests. Everyone can get food, walk around, find a chair, and chat with friends and guests. This is quite similar to the school social events that our students might take part in in university in the west.

感恩節(jié)那天，長(zhǎng)桌上會(huì)擺滿令人垂涎欲滴的美味佳肴，每位賓客都會(huì)拿到取餐的小盤子，可以隨意走動(dòng)，跟其他朋友聊聊天，跟西方大學(xué)里經(jīng)常舉行的學(xué)生社交活動(dòng)異曲同工。

也是美食與音樂的高等級(jí)饗宴 最感人的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)

During the event, music, performances, and an open mic will be set up, along with an art board about the theme “Gratitude”, which students will be able to use.

同時(shí)還會(huì)有精彩的音樂和表演，我們特意安排了“open mic” 和感恩板，學(xué)生可以表達(dá)他們的感恩之情。

During “open mic” time, students will be free to go on stage to tell everyone who or what they are thankful for, and the reason why. There will also be score kept for which house has the most open mic participants.

“open mic”環(huán)節(jié)里，學(xué)生可以走上舞臺(tái)，向他們所感恩的人、事表達(dá)感激。同時(shí)此環(huán)節(jié)會(huì)依據(jù)每個(gè) House 上臺(tái)演講的學(xué)生人數(shù)，計(jì)入House得分。
