上海燎原雙語學校國際部的冬日，備受校內外家長期待的冬日節正一天天向我們靠近了。冬日節在世界各地都很常見，最初起源于德國。如今，冬日節中的公益集市已經衍生為販售各種物件的公益市場，玲瑯滿目的商品都來自于人們的捐贈，籌集的善款也將用于慈善及非盈利性組織。現行很多學校都會舉辦冬日狂歡。

Our first Winter Festival is nearly here!Winter Festivals are common place around the world and originally started in Germany. It brings together different activities including food, shops and games. Many schools around the world also hold Winter Festivals.

如今燎原的冬日狂歡節，學校聯合贊助商們攜手打造了一個活潑、吸引人的冬季公益集市。

Our aim at Liaoyuan is to support our local community and also childrens' charities. It with this in mind that our first Winter Festival will focus on a number of charities. Many of the donations have been given by our vendors.

表演、食物、游戲、冒險的奇妙組合，營造出濃濃的幸福氛圍，令人目不暇接。此次冬日狂歡節所得的商家捐助資金全部將捐贈給燎原的慈善項目，分別是：上海市**社會福利院“孝親文化”志愿者活動、復旦大學兒科醫院“寶貝伴讀”計劃、Stepping Stone項目和Roots and Shoots項目。

The charities for the Primary School include Fudan Pediatrics Hospital for Children and Lotus Old Peoples Home in our community. High School includes Shanghai First Social Welfare Hospital, Stepping Stones Project and Roots and Shoots.

據目前的報名數據統計，屆時預計將會有1000人次參與本次冬日狂歡節活動。

We are predicting more than 1000 will participate on this day.
