上海燎原國際小學2015年春游啦!

Last Wednesday was LYIPS’s first fieldtrip of the second semester!

上周三(三月四日)是第二學期我們燎原國際學校小學部**次外出郊游。

We all went to Sproutworks and learnedabout healthy vegetables and the importance of eating right. All the studentslearned to “Eat A Rainbow Everyday” –eat one red, one green, one yellow, onepurple and one orange food a day. I think our students’ English abilityimpressed the Sproutworks staff as they painted the rainbow and played thevegetable learning games all in English!

我們去了豆苗工坊，學習了健康蔬菜和吃的正確健康的重要性。所有學生都學習了關于“每天吃七彩健康蔬菜”——每天要吃紅色的，綠色的，紫色的，橙色的蔬菜。

所有學生畫彩虹和玩學習蔬菜游戲時，大家的英語水平讓豆苗工坊的**人員影響深刻。

The foreign teachers were all very excitedfor the students to try some delicious Western food for lunch but many of thestudents were not accustomed to the cold vegetables we like to eat in the West.All in all this was a great experience for the kids to taste and understand thedifferences of Western cuisine.

外籍教師對讓學生嘗試一些美味的西方食物很開心，但是大部分學生不習慣吃西式的冷的食物。總而言之，對孩子們而言，這次是品嘗和理解不同的西方烹飪的一個很好的體驗。

After lunch we got back on the bus and wentto the Shanghai Urban Planning Museum in People’s Square. The most excitingpart was seeing the large scale model of Shanghai city and the museum guideshowed everyone where the airports, the Bund, Nanjing Road and other importantlocations are in Shanghai. After walking through the Museum we went to thePeople’s Square Park to rest and play before taking the bus back to Liaoyuan.

吃完午餐后，我們又乘大巴去了位于人民廣場的上海城市規劃館。我們看了大型的上海城市規模模型，博物館導游給我們講解了飛機場，外灘，南京路以及上海其他重要的地方。，參觀完博物館，我們在人民公園玩耍和休息了一番，之后回到學校。

From learning about healthy food to the mapof Shanghai we all had lots of fun.

I can’t wait for our next field trip!

我們很開心的學習了健康的食物，認識了上海的地圖。真期待下一次的外出旅游。
