上海燎原雙語學校聘請來不同文化背景的優秀教學人才，既有通曉中西教育與管理，熟悉國際教育實踐，有責任心、專業能力強的中國籍教師，也有一批來自海外的，有著豐富教學經驗的外籍教師隊伍。在我們的中國教師中，有20名獲得碩士、4名獲得博士學位，其余教師均有教育學本科文憑及教師資格證書。外籍教師中，本科學歷背景占65%，碩士學歷占35%，主要來自美國、英國、加拿大三個國家，平均教齡在2-10年，擁有5年以上教齡者占40%。

The school recruits teachers from multi-cultural backgrounds and countries, including Chinese teachers who deeply understand the execution of education theory and management, and expatriate teachers with specialist professional qualifications with teaching experience. 20 Chinese teachers got Master Degree and 4 people got PhD, the rest of Chinese teacher had Bachelor Degree and Teaching Qualification. As for the western teachers, 65% of them got Bachelor Degree, 35% got Master Degree, with majority originating from the USA, UK, and Canada, teaching experience ranges from 2 to 10 years, and 40% are above 5 years.
