很多時(shí)候，不只是老師會(huì)給我們上課，生活也會(huì)給我們上無數(shù)次“課”，有些會(huì)使你終身難忘。我們不必對(duì)時(shí)間長河中的一次遭遇耿耿于懷，無法釋懷。最重要的是，經(jīng)一失，長一智，在錯(cuò)誤中或挫折中反省自己，將其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤盃I養(yǎng)液”并充分吸收。光華美高本周的話題圍繞著“至今在我的人生中最重要的一次教訓(xùn)”展開，一起來看看同學(xué)們根據(jù)自身經(jīng)歷，發(fā)出的肺腑之言。

本場(chǎng)**位選手張同學(xué)認(rèn)為足球**他接受失敗，并從中學(xué)習(xí)，從中成長。即使受到挫折時(shí)也不要失去信心，失敗也不放棄。失敗是成功之母，不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨，怎能見彩虹。當(dāng)輸?shù)羟蛸惢蚪?jīng)歷挫折時(shí)，最重要的是從中成長，沒有哪個(gè)世界冠軍不是從失敗中走來的。

It’s important to accept defeat and learn from the lessons.Falling behind is not terrible, terrible is not to catch up after falling behind.Losing the game is not terrible, terrible is losing confidence after losing the ball. Life is actually like this you won’t see the rainbow after experiencing wind and rain.

第二位選手陳同學(xué)認(rèn)為我們要面對(duì)犯過的錯(cuò)誤，并從中吸取教訓(xùn)。她講述了小時(shí)候因?yàn)槌u的作文獲獎(jiǎng)而受到媽媽的批評(píng)教育，這一次教訓(xùn)讓她知道欺騙其實(shí)害的是自己。

Face the challenges and don’t be afraid of any failure. Because we can learn from those drawbacks and move forward. Finally, I’d like to show a quotation from Zhou Enlai: if I write a book, I will write the mistakes in my life, so that the living people can learn from the past mistakes.

第三位選手梅雨萱同學(xué)認(rèn)為，最重要的是要用一顆感恩的心及時(shí)地表達(dá)感謝，感謝我們的父母，我們的老師，以及所有幫助過我們的人。感恩是一個(gè)長期的過程，不是一次性的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。對(duì)于父母來說，你的感激之詞或一些微小的行動(dòng)，也會(huì)讓他們很感動(dòng)。

Through this matter, I have a deep and clear idea. We don't have to do much to be grateful and we don't have to grow up to be grateful. Because gratitude is a long-term process, not a one-time reward. Even though, for parents, they think at Thanksgiving, you don't need to do too much, you don't need to do a very grand style, In fact, your words of gratitude or some small acts of gratitude, will let them very moved. So I think we should express timely Thanks with a thanksgiving heart. Be grateful to our parents, to our teachers, to all those who help us.

第四位選手潘同學(xué)講述了父親在豬肉加工廠**期間面對(duì)非洲豬瘟的經(jīng)歷，以及家人怎樣團(tuán)結(jié)在一起戰(zhàn)勝了困難。潘同學(xué)坦言，在此之前，一直認(rèn)為安逸是理所當(dāng)然的，從不考慮不確定的逆境，而這次與家人一起面臨困難并想辦法走出困境，使他**了很多。

My father is working in a pork processing factory, so the change in price of pork will directly influence the factory’s decision. Throughout this pork crisis, our family underwent lots of discussions and negotiations, which I have never experienced before. Until this unexpected disaster, I used to take ease for granted and never think about uncertain adversity, whether for myself, or for my family. Still fortunately, our family members stick together to figure out the situation and help ourselves out.

第五位選手楊同學(xué)認(rèn)為每個(gè)人都有不同的性格特征和解決問題的方式，但我們總是無視自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)，而擴(kuò)大自己的劣勢(shì)。在我們的生活中，我們將遇到不同的人，遇到各種情況，我們必須相應(yīng)地解決問題。

There is no doubt that everyone has different personality features and ways of solving problems. But we always ignore our strengths and magnify our weaknesses. In our life, we’ll meet people around, we will encounter various situations and we have to solve problems accordingly.

第六位選手鄭同學(xué)認(rèn)為，在座的同學(xué)們都有和自己一樣的經(jīng)歷，遠(yuǎn)離家鄉(xiāng)和父母，在光華學(xué)院快樂地學(xué)習(xí)。即使一開始我們遇到了混亂，也很感激，這些經(jīng)歷使得現(xiàn)在的她不怕出國留學(xué)。這也為將來在國外學(xué)習(xí)和生活鋪平道路。

To end my speech , I wanna quote the Latin American proverb: "self-reliance is far better than God’s hand .”Although a person's growth, cannot leave the parents' raising, the society's feeding, the teacher's instruction . Regardless of these external factors, learning to be independent is the most important step .

我們每個(gè)人在成長的道路上，難免會(huì)走一些彎路或遭遇挫折，無論怎樣，希望同學(xué)們都能勇敢面對(duì)，冷靜分析，合理解決并吸取教訓(xùn)。本周鄭方婷同學(xué)憑借出色的發(fā)揮奪得了**名，其他幾位同學(xué)的表現(xiàn)也十分出色，言辭懇切，思路清晰，希望下周的同學(xué)再接再厲!
