Canada is the most northern country in North America. It’s the second biggest country in the world. Canada is a country that called “the country of maple leaves”. The capital city of Canada is Ottawa. Canada is a classical country that uses English and French.

Canada also is one of biggest diamond producing countries. In the winter, Vancouver is the warmest city in Canada and it is the most comfortable place to live for people. Many Chinese people choose this country to live. This place is belongs to temperate marine climate, the best climate to live in. If we go to Canada by airplane, it will take us about 10-12 hours. These are the basic things about Canada.

Lake Louis

Lake Louis is at the Banff national park. It is the most famous lake in Banff. It is called “Sapphire of rocky mountains” , because the water there is blue and green. The first time people discovered it was in 1882. At that time, people called this lake”Jadeite lake”. At 1883, Victoria Regina gave this lake to her daughter, Louise Caroline Alberta, because Louise was married with a citizen. She couldn’t live in the Palace anymore, so she was exiled to Canada.

Because she and her husband did many useful things for people, people used “Louise” to name this lake, and the province was called “Alberta”. The scenery there is very good. Many visitors love this place very much.

1. The temperature in Canada is very different; noon and night have a big difference in temperature.

2. Think about the equation of time.

3. Drive the car on the right side.

4. In Canada, they are used to drinking cold water, so they don’t have a kettle in the hotel.

5. When you eat, please take the fork in your left hand and the knife in your right.

Stanley park

It is a very famous park in Canada; it is very close to the middle of Vancouver. You just need 15 minutes to walk to there. The symbol of the Stanley Park is the original forest that has redwoods and coniferous trees.

Stanley Park is at the north of Vancouver and it almost takes up all of the north of Vancouver. It is the biggest park in the city in North America. I will tell you something that is interesting in the park. At first you come into the park from the entrance at the George Street, you will see many beautiful roses. When it is time for the roses to open, there is very good scenery in the park if you are lucky enough to see it. Other famous scenery is at the north of the park. It is one of the ends of Lions Gate Bridge, which is across the gulf.

There is also a beach in the park and it is a good place to play for parents and their children. Stanley Park is a good place to go in Canada.
